All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitoring and controlling the deployment of brand-new vehicles and the demobilization of vehicles scheduled for replacement. Monitoring and handling all vehicles under maintenance (including communication with suppliers, receipt of quotations, system entry, and communication with drivers and managers to inform status). Monitoring and tracking traffic violations committed by drivers (extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to customers, updating e-mails linked to fleet license plates). Releasing reserve vehicles. Controlling and requesting documents from drivers involved in claims and traffic accidents. Communicating with third-party drivers to explain Movida’s internal procedures and update status. Direct communication with internal departments responsible for handling customer requests.
