Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and control material inventory, recording receipts, withdrawals, and replenishment levels; * Track, update, and disseminate operational indicators, ensuring information remains current for the team; * Manage and request meal and travel advances for teams; * Organize, digitize, and archive physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval and standardization; * Support administrative tasks including data entry and updating information in systems and spreadsheets; * Create and enter Service Orders (SOs) into the system related to commercial services; * Assist in tracking SOs, ensuring accurate registration and timely updates of information when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Enrolled in a Technical Course in Electrotechnics, Electroelectronics, Automation, or Electromechanics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Currently enrolled at a technical education institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); * At least in the 2nd semester and no more than one year away from course completion; * Availability for 6 hours daily in the morning (07:30 to 13:30), Monday through Friday. **Additional Information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest ENERGY.
