Integration with other departments for efficient deliveries VUCA Solution is looking for an Implementation Manager to join our team and lead the onboarding process of new clients into the system, ensuring high-quality deliveries and an exceptional experience. **Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the implementation team, ensuring goal achievement and high-quality delivery * Onboard new clients into the system and assign them to the responsible implementer, conducting in-person visits when necessary * Perform basic configuration of instances (front-end and back-end of the system) * Monitor spreadsheets and companies, collecting client feedback and identifying improvement opportunities * Define monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for the implementation team * Prepare performance reports and recommend corrective actions when necessary * Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and aligned deliveries **Requirements** * Leadership and team management experience * Customer-centric focus and emphasis on user experience * Strong communication skills and clarity * Organizational skills and systemic vision * Discipline, resilience, and determination * Knowledge of the restaurant industry * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and problem analysis capability * Willingness to travel Compensation: R$2.300,00 - R$4.900,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
