Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for collecting data at store checkout areas across various operations to enable analysis of the mall’s operations regarding revenue generation, including: Sales amount; Payment method; Customer profile; Quantity and specifications of products or services offered by the store. This activity requires the professional to be physically present inside stores for 90% of their daily working hours. Qualitative notes on operations and reporting on: Target audience; peak hours; store attractiveness; and service quality. All the above information is recorded on PDAs and subsequently exported to a platform. On weekends, holidays, or whenever necessary, Z-reduction/System SAT data collection is performed at selected stores. Every 30 days, the professional prepares a comprehensive report covering all locations visited. The report is qualitative, structured around defined topics, formatted in Word, and reflects each professional’s individual perception per location. During opportune periods or dates, operational rounds are conducted throughout the mall.
