Foster a pleasant work environment and prevent fraud. **WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE** * **Lead the cashier team with excellence**, ensuring that customer service complies with the company’s established excellence standards while driving continuous improvement of the team’s daily activities. * **Assume responsibility for treasury operations**, ensuring accurate and timely cash register closing, reviewing and adjusting processes as necessary to optimize efficiency. * **Foster a pleasant and respectful work environment**, promoting employee development through training and constructive feedback. * **Collaborate with other leaders** to develop solutions, monitor goals, and ensure delivery of departmental results, motivating and encouraging the team to achieve them together. * **Ensure performance and quality** of the cashier team’s activities, supervising and preventing fraud, registration errors, and other irregularities. * **Perform branch opening and/or closing**, providing support to management and responding promptly in case of alarm activation, demonstrating responsibility and commitment. * **Maintain an organized work environment**, positively influencing workplace culture and ensuring excellence across all operations.
