Job Summary: Perform financial routines for BPO clients, ensuring organization, adherence to deadlines, and reliability of information for financial health and decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of financial routines (accounts payable and receivable) 2. Cash flow control and bank reconciliations 3. Support in monthly financial closing and simple reports **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Perform financial routines for BPO clients, ensuring organization, timely delivery, and reliability of information, thereby contributing to clients’ financial health and decision-making. Record financial transactions (accounts payable and receivable) Perform bank reconciliations Monitor cash flow Support monthly financial closing Organize and maintain up-to-date financial documents Issue and manage invoices Track due dates and support payment management Assist in preparing simple financial reports Handle client operational requests efficiently and systematically Follow BPO-defined processes and standards **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields Prior experience in basic financial routines Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable Familiarity with bank reconciliation Basic Excel proficiency Advantages Experience in Financial BPO Knowledge of financial systems/ERP Experience managing multiple clients or high-volume workloads Understanding of projected cash flow **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Fuel allowance, Education allowance, Internal benefits, Birthday day off, R$100.00 performance bonus, Reimbursement of meal and transportation voucher deductions, Transportation voucher
