We are seeking a **Crane Operator** with a **responsible, safety-conscious, and committed profile**, who works with focus on quality, operational discipline, and teamwork. Here, you will join a team that values respect, care for people, and pride in wearing the PLAMONT uniform. **This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform daily inspections of the truck and hydraulic crane’s operating conditions, engine oil level, brakes, hydraulic unit, tire pressure and condition, hydraulic system leaks, vehicle paint, and equipment structural condition; * Verify whether the item to be lifted has a rigging plan and whether the crane complies with this plan; * Determine the weight of the item to be lifted; if no rigging plan exists, assess whether, considering distance, location (terrain), and height, the item falls within the crane’s load chart, reporting findings to the Site Coordinator; * Mobilize and demobilize equipment/materials to respective service execution locations; * Comply with traffic legislation, including the client’s specific regulations; * Leveling the crane and placing wooden mats or sleepers; * Tension and install the steel cable wedge or the device commonly known as “come-along” onto the crane’s pulleys using a hammer, according to the configuration specified in the rigger’s plan; * Assemble and disassemble counterweights and accessories; * Lubricate and monitor the boom and steel cable drum lubrication center; * Install and uninstall anemometers using ladders; * Operate forklifts upon completion of training compliant with current legislation. **Requirements and qualifications** * Incomplete Elementary Education; * Defensive Driving; * Crane Operator Training Course; * Valid driver’s license with category “**D**” or “**E**”. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in the role. **Additional information** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal Voucher; * On-site meals; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Health Plan.
