Job Summary: Organize and verify medical records, respond to requests from medical and nursing teams, and perform administrative support tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic environment in a large-scale hospital Organize and verify medical records from clinical units, as well as respond to requests from nursing and medical staff, understanding and prioritizing their needs and those of the work team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify information in medical records to ensure proper organization and ordering; * Complete control forms to maintain accurate information; * Provide office supplies and department-specific printed materials; * Maintain the area's filing system up-to-date and organized by subject, chronological order, or alphabetically to facilitate document retrieval upon request; * Answer telephone calls while on duty at the Unit, providing administrative clarifications and receiving visitors seeking the area; * Keep the internal extension list and responsible personnel per area updated to facilitate location when needed; * Perform other activities as required or at the supervisor's discretion. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer literacy. **Additional Information** Work schedule: 12x36 shift from 07:00 to 19:00\. **SPDM** \- The São Paulo Association for Medical Development is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, federally, state, and municipally recognized as being of public utility, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40\.103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8\.911 dated 07/30/1970\. The HRS serves the DRSXVI Sorocaba region (48 municipalities) and 15 municipalities from the Mananciais and Rota dos Bandeirantes Health Regions, totaling a population of 5\.412\.200 inhabitants (IBGE – 2016\), via the São Paulo State Health Services Regulation Center. Dr. Adib Domingos Jatene Sorocaba Regional Hospital features adult clinical and surgical beds, pediatric beds, an operating center, a diagnostic center, an emergency department, specialty outpatient clinics, and an ambulatory surgery unit where elective surgeries are performed, including same-day admission and discharge.
