Employee development and strategic planning We are seeking a candidate who will make a difference in our team by assuming responsibility for branch management in an ethical and inspiring manner, with emphasis on service excellence and the Cooperative’s results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure achievement of established goals for products and services, focusing on the Cooperative’s results while guaranteeing business sustainability; * Manage the branch’s approved strategic plan, monitoring performance indicators; * Prospect new markets and develop strategies to retain Cooperative members; * Ensure budget compliance and monitor the branch’s financial health; * Lead people management and foster employee development toward high performance, in accordance with internal policies, Cooperative values, and internal succession planning; * Support innovation in the Cooperative’s products, services, and business processes; * Monitor the credit cycle; * Assist the Relationship Supervisor in audit findings and required action plans; * Support the Relationship Supervisor in interpreting and applying current regulations, manuals, legislation, and policies; * Perform portfolio management and relationship supervision activities as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in fields related to the role; * Postgraduate degree in fields related to the role; * **C Pro I / CEA** certification; * Experience in business and the financial market; * Experience in team management. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Financial products and services; * Individual and corporate credit (PF and PJ); * Strategic planning; * Economic scenario; * Financial consulting; * Financial mathematics; * Cooperativism.
