Perform complete customer registration in accordance with Vooa's internal procedures. Conduct credit analysis following established policies and criteria, verifying required documentation for registration (ID card, CPF or driver's license, proof of address). Contact leads to provide guidance, clarify doubts, and monitor the process until completion. Post-sale survey follow-up. Opening or closing of Vooa store.
