If you are comfortable with technology, enjoy interacting with the public, and view the payment moment as an opportunity to foster customer loyalty and offer advantageous financial solutions, this position is for you! **Main Duties and Responsibilities** * **Excellence in Customer Service:** Provide efficient, courteous, and helpful in-person customer service at the cash register. * **Cash Register Operations:** Process merchandise sales with full attention to detail (product registration, payment methods, opening and closing the cash register). * **Quality Control:** Conduct rigorous verification of shoe size and pair numbers during checkout to prevent inventory discrepancies. * **Invoice Management:** Accept invoice payments and clearly and empathetically address customer inquiries regarding their statements and credit limits. * **Consultative Financial Services Engagement:** Proactively identify opportunities and actively promote the company’s insurance and financial services (e.g., **StiloA In-House Credit Program**), both at the cash register and in support of the sales floor when required. **Desired Qualifications** * Prior experience as a cashier and/or customer service representative in retail. * Communicative, proactive profile with a focus on service-related goals. * Strong concentration, organizational skills, and proficiency with computer systems. **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** Industry-standard commercial salary. * **Cash Handling Allowance:** Additional 10%. * **Variable Compensation:** Performance-based bonus tied to sales and activations of the **StiloA Card** (an excellent opportunity to increase your monthly income). **Work Location:** Anita Shoes \- Várzea Grande Shopping. **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM to 4:15 PM (must be available to work closing shifts at least twice per month and available to work on a rotating 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule).
