Responsibilities * List, update, and optimize listings on marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, Magalu); * Monitor listing performance, inventory levels, and product positioning; * Analyze competitors and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness; * Respond to buyer inquiries and manage reviews and complaints; * Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and store reputation indicators; * Integrate management platforms (e.g., Bling, Tiny, Olist); * Support promotional campaigns and spotlight initiatives across sales channels. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT is preferred; * Minimum 6 months of experience in marketplace or e-commerce operations; * Familiarity with major online sales platforms; * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in listing and data entry; * Proficiency with digital tools and ability to learn quickly; * Certification in Mercado Livre Ads or Amazon Seller; * Experience managing product catalogs and variations; * Proficiency with digital tools and ability to learn quickly.
