The professional will be responsible for supporting the company's financial routines, including cash flow control, bank reconciliation, management of accounts payable and receivable, issuance of invoices and bills, and preparation of financial reports. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage accounts payable and receivable, and issue invoices. * Assist in preparing financial reports and budget planning. * Organize and archive financial documents. * Generate and analyze customer contracts. * Provide support during audits and maintain communication with suppliers and customers. * Assist in bank reconciliation. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in administrative and financial routines. * Organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills. * Completed High School education Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1.621,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Microsoft Excel (Preferred) * Administrative Assistance (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
