Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for organizing documents, attending to customers and suppliers, executing office routines, and providing financial support as well as support to various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization and management of physical and digital documents. 2. Communication and customer/supplier service. 3. Multifunctional support to HR and Logistics. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Organization and Archiving:** Maintain physical and digital documents organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible. * **Customer Service and Communication:** Answer telephone calls, emails, and receive customers or suppliers. * **Office Routines:** Typing documents, completing forms and spreadsheets, and issuing invoices. * **Financial Support:** Assist in managing accounts payable/receivable and basic cash flow. * **Departmental Support:** Assist HR (resumé screening, interview scheduling) and Logistics (inventory control). * **Calendar Management:** Schedule meetings and prepare presentation materials. **Profile and Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed high school (often supplemented by technical courses or ongoing undergraduate studies in Administration or related fields). * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. * **Behavioral Competencies:** Organization, strong communication skills (verbal and written), proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
