Main Responsibilities * Verification of incoming and outgoing Electronic Fiscal Invoices (NF\-e); * Verification and validation of system entries, ensuring correct financial scheduling; * Verification of fiscal data, ensuring entries are accurate and properly classified; * Analysis and verification of XML files of fiscal invoices; * Organization and control of fiscal and accounting documents and files; * Support for administrative routines of the accounting department; * Interface with internal departments to clarify fiscal and administrative information. Requirements * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields, from the 3rd semester onward. * Prior experience in administrative and/or fiscal routines; * Experience with Fiscal Invoices, entry verification, and fiscal documents; * Basic knowledge of taxes and contributions, such as PIS, COFINS, and other levies; * Familiarity with XML files of fiscal invoices and fiscal modules/systems; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Remuneration and Benefits * Salary: R$ 2\.135,00 * Meal Allowance: R$ 31,00 per day (VR Card) * Transportation Allowance * Dental Plan: MetLife * Health Plan: Unimed (after probationary period) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1h12 lunch break Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Payment: R$2\.135,00 per month Work Location: On-site
