Focus on goals and service quality **Job Description:** ---------------------- Conduct in-person consultative sales of The Fiber plans and services in approved condominiums, aligned with customers' needs. Participate in commercial activities and organized points of sale (POS) led by management to ensure brand promotion and conversion of new customers. Carry out leaflet distribution, direct outreach, and promotional activities to increase contact volume and brand recognition within condominiums. Organize and adhere to scheduled condominium visit routes as defined by the External Supervisor. Register leads and updates in the system to ensure traceability of opportunities and the sales process. Monitor individual performance indicators to achieve and exceed sales and conversion targets. Ensure high-quality customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor, wearing the official uniform, and using supporting materials per institutional standards. Collaborate in marketing initiatives and events held in condominiums to reinforce brand presence and credibility. Uphold The Fiber’s image and reputation by maintaining ethical, courteous, and committed conduct in all interactions. **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- 100% in-person role, including daily visits to condominiums, participation in leaflet distribution, POS, and commercial events. Availability to work on Saturdays and during special activities on Sundays or holidays, as per the commercial schedule.
