Be the driving force behind Unilever's logistics transformation **Join us as Warehouse Projects PMO Coordinator** **Function:** Supply Chain **Scope:** Governance and management of strategic warehouse and automation projects across Unilever's logistics network in Brazil **Location:** Brazil – CD Louveira **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** This position exists to lead governance, structuring, and execution of strategic warehouse projects, acting as the central PMO for initiatives impacting Unilever's entire logistics network. The role will be responsible for ensuring execution discipline, executive visibility, and value capture in projects involving automation, operational transformation, productivity improvement, and evolution of the logistics model. You will be the key link between strategy and execution, ensuring projects move beyond planning to deliver real business impact and elevate operational excellence. We invite you to transform operations into competitive advantage. **Why is this role different?** **You will have the opportunity to:** * Lead strategic projects impacting Unilever's entire logistics operation in Brazil * Work with cutting-edge automation technologies * Have direct exposure to senior leadership * Be the driving force behind Unilever's logistics transformation **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Project Governance & PMO Leadership** * Act as the central PMO for all warehouse projects in Brazil. * Establish project governance, including rituals, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting. * Ensure control over scope, schedule, cost, risks, and dependencies. * Consolidate and communicate project status to senior stakeholders (Executive Management and VP). **End-to-End Project Management** * Lead strategic warehouse projects (automation, layout, productivity, expansion, new workflows). * Ensure end-to-end execution: from business case through go-live and stabilization. * Develop detailed schedules, execution plans, and monitoring frameworks. **Automation & Transformation Projects** * Manage logistics automation projects (AS/RS, AMRs, sorters, GTP, etc.). * Collaborate with suppliers, system integrators, and 3PLs to ensure on-plan delivery. * Ensure implemented solutions deliver expected productivity, efficiency, and ROI. **Stakeholder & Cross-functional Management** * Orchestrate multifunctional teams: operations, engineering, IT, finance, procurement, and 3PLs. * Serve as the single point of contact between Unilever and external partners (3PLs and technology suppliers). * Ensure cross-functional alignment and removal of critical blockers. **Risk Management & Value Delivery** * Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks. * Ensure benefit realization (cost savings, productivity gains, service level improvements). * Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies. **Continuous Improvement & Standardization** * Standardize project management methodologies across the logistics function. * Implement best-in-class PMO practices and execution frameworks (PMI, Agile, Lean). * Build replicable playbooks for future projects. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields. * MBA in Project Management * Solid experience as a PMO professional or project manager in logistics or industrial operations. * Proven experience in warehouse automation or operational transformation projects. * Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and high business impact. * Experience in logistics operations and/or 3PL management. **Technical Skills** * Project management (PMO, scheduling, risk management, governance). * Knowledge of logistics automation and warehouse operations. * Business case development and ROI analysis. * Advanced Excel and project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet or similar). * Knowledge of logistics systems (WMS, TMS). **Languages** * Fluent / Advanced English (mandatory). * Advanced Spanish (a strong plus). **DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar). * Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies. * Experience in transformation environments or automation implementation. * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability. * High influence and communication skills with senior stakeholders. * Strategic vision combined with strong execution discipline. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Hybrid work model, with site visits to logistics facilities as required by project needs. * Willingness to travel domestically.
