We seek individuals eager to assume this role and actively participate in shaping the next phase of Brazil’s credit market. **About the Position:** We are seeking a Software Analyst II with strong technical skills and an automation-oriented mindset to develop scalable solutions and system integrations, with a focus on operational efficiency and reduction of manual tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Build and optimize integrations between internal and external APIs; * Develop automation workflows using tools such as N8N; * Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, security, and code governance; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including technology, product, and business units; * Participate in defining technical standards and code reviews; **Expected Skills:** * Proactive, analytical profile with autonomy in problem solving; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across diverse areas; * Systemic thinking and focus on operational efficiency; * Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions; * Interest in innovation, automation, and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Experience with API REST and Webhook integrations; * Knowledge of automation tools such as N8N, Zapier, or Make; * Experience designing automated workflows and orchestrating processes; * Understanding of caching, systemic integrations, and automations; * "Automation-first" mindset, emphasizing scalability and efficiency gains; * Experience working in dynamic, high-velocity execution environments. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Experience with financial APIs or the financial industry; * Knowledge of integration architecture and microservices; * Experience with cloud platforms, messaging systems, or low-code/no-code tools; * Background in fintechs, securitization firms, or data-driven companies. **Location:** São Paulo, SP **Work Format:** Remote, with occasional in-person presence required. **Benefits:** * Meal and Food Allowance — Caju Card. * BRL 300.00 in your birthday month. * Health and Dental Insurance — No co-payment. * Life Insurance. * Course reimbursement policy. * WellHub. * Extended maternity and paternity leave.
