Job Summary: The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for organizing and presenting products, ensuring an attractive display that highlights collections and enhances the customer shopping experience. Guide the sales team on visual organization and presentation standards. **VISUAL MERCHANDISER** Location: Xaxim \- Curitiba We are seeking a **Visual Merchandiser** to organize and present products in-store, ensuring an attractive display that highlights collections and contributes to customers' shopping experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and organize product displays in the sales floor and window showcases. * Ensure proper implementation of the store's visual merchandising strategies. * Support store layout organization, maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized environment. * Assemble and update window showcases and displays according to campaigns and collections. * Guide the sales team on appropriate product organization and presentation. * Monitor product restocking and presentation, ensuring adherence to the store's visual standards. **Requirements:** * Experience or knowledge in visual merchandising, fashion, or window display organization (preferred). * Creativity, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail. * Organizational skills and planning ability. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. * Availability to work during commercial/shopping center hours. **Salary Range** Competitive with market standards. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance/cost support.
