During this period, summer interns will have the opportunity to engage in daily routines and tasks within their assigned area, develop a project, and participate in development initiatives. * Program duration: 1 to 3 months; * Dedicated development track; * Close mentoring and support from managers and HR throughout the program; * Project development conducted over the course of the program.
