If yes, this is your opportunity! **As Site Manager, your key responsibilities will include:** * Leading the field team and actively resolving conflicts to achieve the most productive working conditions possible; * Maintaining daily communication with Contract Management and Installation Coordination; * Preparing and reviewing construction reports; * Managing site cash flow and procurement, in accordance with pre-established rules and the project budget; * Controlling installation and commissioning activities (performance, quality, HSE, costs, timelines) and implementing corrective actions in case of deviations, while preparing and executing the construction plan. **We expect you to have the following qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * MBA in Project Management and Leadership—desirable. **We seek candidates with the following technical skills:** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project; * Experience in construction project management; knowledge of planning concepts (histogram, S-curve, KPI); * Advanced English—desirable; * Intermediate Spanish.
