If this resonates with you, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to build data intelligence focused on generating commercial opportunities, providing strategic business monitoring, executive KPIs, BI, and in-depth analyses. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop strategic analyses and data intelligence to identify commercial opportunities and growth levers within our PJ business. * Design and enhance executive KPIs, dashboards, and managerial views. * Conduct in-depth analyses of customer, product, channel, and business performance behavior. * Support commercial, CRM, product, and operations teams with data-based studies and recommendations. * Structure analytics models and products to optimize and automate business decisions and processes. * Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of analyzed information. * Collaborate with data, engineering, product, and business teams to evolve analytical databases and views. * Translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and executive audiences. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Profile** * Experience in the financial sector. * Strong analytical capability and structured thinking. * Investigative mindset, business-oriented, and value-driven. * Strong executive communication and data storytelling skills. * Hands-on profile, autonomous, with strong sense of priority. * Ability to transform data into practical business recommendations. **Mandatory Technical Skills** * Advanced SQL. * Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar). * Knowledge of data modeling and statistics. * Experience using Python for data analysis. * Ability to manipulate large volumes of data and perform exploratory analyses. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Knowledge of CRM, sales funnel, customer segmentation, and PJ customer analytics. * Experience with A/B testing, propensity modeling, churn prediction, or other analytical models. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and Databricks. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Newborn Assistance; * Wedding Assistance; * Daycare/Nanny Assistance; * Birthday Bonus; * Apoio Pass; * Gym Partnership; * Transportation Allowance; * Profit Sharing (PLR); * Annual Bonus.
