Job Opening: Digital Certification Registration Agent We are seeking an organized, communicative, and committed professional to work as a Digital Certification Registration Agent. Main responsibilities: * In-person and remote customer service; * Issuance and validation of digital certificates, e-CFP, and e-CNPJ; * Document verification and validation; * System data entry and updates; * Customer support and guidance throughout the issuance process; * Compliance with ICP-Brazil regulations and procedures. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency with computer systems and IT tools; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Experience in public-facing customer service; * Preferred: experience in digital certification or as a bank correspondent.
