This position is responsible for managing costs and margins of the PME BU, serving as the bridge between Sales Finance and business areas.
It will support PME areas in cost management, monthly closings, updates to MMC (monthly forecast), and short-term (budget) and long-term (strategic plan) budgeting exercises.
* Act as Finance Business Partner and Business Partner for VP PME areas in cost management, supporting with managerial and accounting data, performing financial analyses that lead to understanding each area’s financial results and performance (revenue, costs, and margin), as well as the consolidated VP view
* Participate in meetings with business areas to monitor partial cost performance throughout the month, monthly forecast (YTG), and each monthly closing, explaining variances between actual and budgeted figures and identifying risks and opportunities
* Prepare regular reports presenting cost analyses, highlighting trends, variances, and recommendations for management
* Analyze costs by cost centers, processes, and activities, reclassifying postings as needed while taking appropriate precautions and decisions to align costs with the relevant activity and responsible area
* Evaluate internal processes and available information related to cost control and propose improvements to optimize the efficiency and accuracy of financial information
* Participate in Strategic Planning, Revenue Budgeting, and Cost Budgeting
* Provide consultative support to organizational areas and the Vice Presidency on managerial performance topics (revenue, costs, and margin)
* Monitor financial results of implemented Business Cases.

**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting (preferred);
* Prior experience in cost analysis and accounting;
* Experience preparing managerial reports and briefings;
* Experience delivering executive presentations;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Strong communication skills (presenting information clearly) and ability to collaborate effectively with partner areas;
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
