Production Leader

**Description:** We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Production Leader to join our team at the Caieiras/SP unit. If you have leadership skills, a critical eye for processes, and a strong commitment to safety, this position is for you! **Key responsibilities:** \- People management: Organize teams and assign tasks; ensure compliance with break and meal intervals; manage timekeeping, vacations, and team performance evaluations; participate in recruitment and selection processes; ensure employees complete functional onboarding in the area; develop team work schedules and train operators; \- Manage equipment; \- Issue service orders for maintenance; \- Monitor and control KPIs; \- Conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue); \- Propose process improvements; \- Report unsafe conditions; \- Support and participate in projects. **Requirements:** \- Easy access to the Caieiras region; \- Availability to work rotating shifts on a 6x1 schedule; \- Bachelor's degree preferred; \- Experience managing teams.
