Health and well-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeMatters** **Responsibilities and duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Ensure direct and indirect production costs are appropriately allocated to inventory by monitoring production entries and developing reports and indicators that support responsible departments in implementing corrective and/or mitigation actions. * Identify and investigate variances between planned and actual costs, justify discrepancies, and suggest corrective measures when necessary. * Calculate provisions related to inventory in compliance with accounting standards and company policies. * Support the physical inventory count process and record identified adjustments. * Ensure adherence to the accounting closing schedule through processes and indicators that clarify to various company departments the impact of their activities on the closing process, as well as applicable deadlines. * Support decision-making across other departments by clarifying financial impacts of proposed scenarios and providing appropriate financial information. * Reconcile accounting balances, identifying and correcting discrepancies or accounting errors. * Analyze account variances and provide explanations for identified trends. * Propose and implement improvements and automations within relevant processes to enhance quality and efficiency. * Contribute to internal and external audit processes by providing requested information and documentation. **Requirements and qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in SAP, especially modules CO and FI; * Experience in Cost Accounting; * Solid foundational knowledge of accounting principles; * Experience with monthly accounting closing; * Experience in process improvement and area-specific automation. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience in process improvement and area-specific automation; * An analytical profile and end-to-end process vision; * Strong collaboration skills with partner departments; * Ability to identify and analyze deviations; * Greater technical autonomy in managing area-related activities. **Additional information** **\+ Information** Work location (Base): São Paulo/SP Working hours: Monday to Friday – Flexible schedule (arrival between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m., departure between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.) **For Libbs employees** * Applications will be accepted until **05/28/2026**; * Differentiating qualifications may be prioritized during candidate selection for the next stage; * Simultaneous participation in multiple internal selection processes is not permitted. **Benefits for you!** * Meal voucher; * Food voucher; * Libbs medications — 100%; * Pharmacy network agreement — Vidalink; * PPR — Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Parking, transportation allowance, or shuttle service (applicable for shift-based roles and subject to availability of routes serving locations within a straight-line radius of up to 40 km from the facility); * USE Program: subsidy for purchasing work equipment, which may also be used for personal purposes; * Flexible benefits (TotalPass, life insurance, private pension, medical and dental assistance, food allowance).
