**Responsibilities and duties** **The challenges awaiting you at your next destination are:**
* Actively support the development of PIPs and goals together with business areas, ensuring consistency, feasibility, and alignment with the strategic vision
* Serve as a critical challenge layer in defining goals and initiatives, ensuring realistic ambition and alignment with company objectives
* Ensure PIPs are structured with clear value-generation drivers (revenue, cost, productivity, capital)
* Define and validate KPIs, targets, and monitoring metrics for each initiative
* Monitor PIP execution with visibility into progress versus plan and realized value capture
* Develop monitoring dashboards with views by BU, initiative, and KPI
* Ensure full traceability between initiative, KPI, and financial outcome
* Lead recurring performance forums with business areas, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement
* Support prioritization of initiatives with the greatest financial and strategic impact
* Consolidate and report on corporate and individual Balanced Scorecard (BSC) performance
**Requirements and qualifications** **Must-haves in your background:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
* Experience in PIP or related areas
* Experience in budget management (Budget), results forecasting (Forecast), and variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget vs Forecast)
* Experience acting as a strategic business partner (Business Partner)
* Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables)
* BI tools and dashboard platforms: Power BI, Tableau, or similar
* ERP system knowledge: SAP (CO/FI modules), SAC Planning, OneStream, or similar
* Solid understanding of and principles underlying managerial accounting
* Familiarity with aviation industry KPIs: CASK, RASK, ASK, RPK, BH, OTP, Load Factor (desirable)
* Prior experience in the aviation, transportation, or logistics sector (a plus)
* Advanced English for conversation
* Intermediate or advanced Spanish is desirable
