We are revolutionizing the global financial landscape, and you can be part of this journey with us! **What your day-to-day will look like** * Support leadership through continuous monitoring of business revenue indicators, identifying fluctuations, trends, and gaps to serve as early alerts for the team. * Translate complex business problems into actionable analytical solutions. * Support leadership with analyses. Provide support to management and the executive board with daily analyses that underpin decision-making. * Transform data into insights by delivering actionable business insights and recommendations. * Monitor pricing and support pricing and competitive positioning decisions, including spread decomposition. * Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Metabase) and analyses that support revenue and growth decisions. * Create automations and routines—including with LLM assistance—to accelerate analyses and insight generation. * Interact and connect information across all company areas—including Product, UX, New Businesses, and the Executive Board—translating data into strategic decisions. * Be familiar with tech stacks including Databricks, SQL, Power BI, Metabase, GitHub, cloud environments, LLMs, and automation tools. * Develop modeling and estimation techniques to size the market and assist in strategic decision-making. **What you need to join our team** * Experience: Approximately 3–5 years in data analysis, BI, or business intelligence. * Advanced SQL. Databricks or an equivalent cloud-based analytics environment. Power BI and Metabase, including data modeling and dashboard development. * Version control with GitHub. * Analytical, detail-oriented, and consistent mindset—capable of tracking KPIs daily and identifying relevant fluctuations. * Business-oriented thinking—linking analysis to revenue, growth, and opportunity. * Clear communication skills—able to translate technical concepts into business terms and engage effectively across departments. * Python for automation and advanced analyses. * Use of LLMs (e.g., Claude) for automation and insight generation. Familiarity with automation or data collection (e.g., web scraping) to monitor competitor pricing at scale. * Dynamic Pricing Modeling.
