Your main mission will be to generate sales opportunities through social media, initiating strategic conversations, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our specialists. Responsibilities: * Prospect potential customers via Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp; * Initiate conversations and conduct strategic outreach; * Qualify leads according to criteria defined by the company; * Schedule meetings for the sales team; * Update the CRM and track contact progress; * Achieve targets for contacts, qualifications, and scheduled meetings. Requirements: * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Ability to engage with people and build connections; * Organization and discipline to follow processes; * Basic knowledge of social media; * Experience in sales, SDR, customer service, or prospecting is a plus.
