Strategic management of commercial routines RedeFlex is a company operating in the telecommunications sector, providing recharge, debit, and credit machines, as well as acting as a banking correspondent. **Responsibilities:** Monitor team performance indicators through the management system and customer visits, aiming to achieve expected results; Supervise the sales team, motivating, planning, and guiding efforts toward achieving set targets; Train the sales team through on-site demonstrations to direct daily work routines; Monitor the condition of work equipment, ensuring service continuity by preventing maintenance-related interruptions; Prospect new customers through visits to meet established goals; Train customers on POS terminal operation through equipment handling demonstrations; Create and maintain routes using spreadsheets to ensure all sales representatives’ customers receive proper service; Monitor daily routines and define strategies through meetings and morning briefings to achieve expected results; Manage the team by monitoring, training, and discussing departmental routines to maximize performance and provide feedback on results; Guide the team with clear strategies for developing execution plans and achieving expected results. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; Experience in team leadership, negotiation, customer service, and commercial routines; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (compatible with the vehicle); Willingness to travel; Proactive, communicative profile with a strong focus on results; **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in the merchant acquiring market. **Benefits:** Fixed salary + commissions; Variable compensation (no ceiling) – Guaranteed variable amount equal to 50% of the nominal salary for the first three months; Medical and dental insurance; Life insurance; Meal allowance; Fuel allowance; Vehicle rental allowance; Extended maternity leave; Education programs. **Join RedeFlex!**
