Therefore, we seek talents eager to build their careers with us—not only as interns but as future professionals prepared for major challenges. **About the opportunity:** Our Internal Infrastructure Internship is an essential role supporting and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s technological environment. We are looking for someone eager to learn, proactive, and aligned with a dynamic, collaborative, and solution-oriented environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in supporting internal users by providing first-level technical support; * Support hardware maintenance, including assembly, disassembly, and troubleshooting equipment issues; * Assist with software maintenance, such as supporting users without system access and resolving inconsistencies; * Support the creation, configuration, and maintenance of virtual machines; * Assist with basic administration of Linux environments; * Support the use and maintenance of containers (Docker); * Assist with the organization and support of internal network infrastructure; * Contribute to identifying and resolving daily technical issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of hardware maintenance; * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux is a plus); * Basic knowledge of computer networking; * Basic knowledge of machine virtualization; * Basic knowledge of Docker; * **Note: Knowledge may be acquired through prior work experience, academic studies, and/or personal projects.** * Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. **Additional Information** * Schedule: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a 1-hour break; * Monday to Friday; * Monthly stipend of R$1.300,00; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * On-site position.
