Requirements **Responsibilities** * Qualify inbound leads (paid traffic) with focus on real business needs—not mere curiosity * Conduct strategic conversations to identify the lead's pain points, organizational structure, average deal size, margin, and maturity level * Schedule meetings only when the lead is genuinely suitable for closing * Protect the closer's calendar by knowing when NOT to schedule * Record complete information in the CRM, keeping the pipeline organized and reliable * Ensure the lead attends the scheduled meeting Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$4\.800,00 per month Work location: On-site
