Join us and help shape the future in an environment of growth and success! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide psychological counseling and emotional support to students, faculty, and administrative staff; * Monitor issues related to emotional health, accessibility, and institutional well-being; * Develop initiatives promoting mental health and quality of life in academic and organizational settings; * Conduct skilled active listening, guidance, and referrals when necessary; * Prepare reports and records of counseling sessions according to departmental guidelines; * Collaborate with coordinators and other institutional departments in addressing psychosocial needs; * Support initiatives and projects promoted by the SABE Center (Health, Accessibility, and Well-being); * Lead individual and group activities focused on emotional support and socioemotional development; * Uphold professional confidentiality and ethical standards in performing duties; * Carry out other related tasks as required by institutional needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with postgraduate studies underway; * Knowledge of School Psychology; * Basic understanding of psychotherapy; * Familiarity with teaching and learning processes, human development, and inclusion; * Courtesy, commitment, proactivity, and active listening; * Interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** WORK HOURS: 4:00 PM TO 8:00 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
