If you identify with this role, come join our team! **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We seek a **Senior Product Designer** who wants to work with us in a relaxed and dynamic environment, with continuous learning while developing large projects alongside major national and international clients. We have offices in São Paulo and Chicago (USA), but our operations are fully remote—we prefer to call it *anywhere office*. **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * Act as a bridge between markets, stakeholders, and the development team; * Lead and facilitate meetings with markets and discovery sessions for new rollouts; * Identify and capture local requirements (language, legal and regulatory requirements, regional specifics); * Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements for the technical team; * Document requirements, decisions, and improvements; * Create and detail user stories, ensuring clarity, testability, and alignment with business needs; * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, review); * Support product and roadmap evolution by refining scope and priorities; * Collect, organize, and manage feedback from markets and users; * Propose UX improvements based on feedback and usage data; * Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure correct implementation of solutions. **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * Fluent English (mandatory for working with international stakeholders); * Experience in gathering and documenting requirements; * Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and active participation in ceremonies; * Ability to translate business needs into clear specifications for development; * Autonomous profile with strong organizational skills and initiative; * Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders; * Experience using tools such as Jira or similar. **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * Prior experience with global products or international rollouts; * Knowledge of UX, prototyping, and flow design; * Experience in projects involving Generative AI; * Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, pharma, animal health, or similar); * Experience building products while the operational model is still being structured. **PROCESS STEPS:** * Application * Cultural fit interview * Technical interview \+ Live coding * Client interview * Hiring
