We are seeking **Parking Operators focused on customer service** to work at the **ABC Shopping Center Parking Facility**. **We offer:** * **Salary:** BRL 2,074.72 * **Benefits:** VA 315.00/month \+ Totalpass \+ Discount Club \+ Commuter Benefit. * **Work schedule:** 5 days on / 1 day off, from 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Driver's license not required. **Job description:** * Immediately register every vehicle entering the parking facility; * Verify whether customers are authorized users, monthly subscribers, or residents, and confirm that customers possess valid identification credentials; * Inform customers about parking procedures and regulations—including grace periods, fees, facility layout, and other relevant information—with consistent emphasis on courteous user reception; * Monitor for jammed or malfunctioning tickets, and manually retrieve tickets if the ticket deposit box is full; * Properly store vehicle keys in key cabinets and ensure vehicle identification by affixing numbered prisms; * Operate cash register equipment in parking garages, issuing vehicle entry and exit slips while safeguarding parking revenue integrity.
