Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Location: Osasco | Curitiba **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Cyber Security III professional, you will work within the Network Security Operations Management team, performing the following key activities: * Firewall rule management and governance: Define security standards and policies (communication matrix, L3/L7 rules, NAT, SSL/TLS inspection, threat prevention). * Conduct risk analysis and rule recertification using Algosec (rule lifecycle, shadowed/redundant rules, risk per application). * Validate implementation evidence provided by executing teams and perform change audits (before/after, impact, rollback). * Support audits and regulatory bodies within the scope of responsibility of the Network Protection cluster. * Develop and execute incident response and remediation plans. * Support operations and incident response teams (SOC/CSIRT) by conducting impact analysis, prioritizing corrective actions, defining compensating controls, and providing technical and business context. * Build dashboards/KPIs for team processes (idle rules, shadowed/duplicate rules, approval time, MTTD/MTTR, false positive rate). * Automate validations and report generation via APIs/tools (without applying configurations). **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Network security, firewalls, microsegmentation, SASE, WAF, proxy * Functional expertise in firewalls: (Check Point, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Azure Firewall, Cisco ASA), WAF (Akamai), proxy (Bluecoat), IPS/NDR, SASE (Palo Alto), and NAC/802.1X. * Knowledge of Algosec (AFA / AFF). * Experience with microsegmentation (NSX, Illumio, Guardicore). * Knowledge of NDR/IPS tuning and integration with SIEM/SOAR. * Experience with SASE (ZTNA, SWG, CASB, FWaaS). * Ability to audit and validate configurations without direct application. * Strong experience with ITIL processes (change, incident, problem). **What We Offer** At Bradesco, we value health and well-being, offering an extensive portfolio of benefits to all our employees: * PLR or Bonus: Based on position eligibility* * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * 13th Food Basket * Total Pass * Commuter Benefit (optional enrollment) * Discounts on products and services from partner companies * Private Pension Plan (optional enrollment, with financial contribution from Bradesco Organization) * Bradesco Well-Being Program: health, wellness, and quality-of-life initiative * Unibrad: Bradesco Corporate University * Fee Waivers: special conditions on various products and services * Daycare or Babysitter Assistance * Extended Paternity Leave of 20 days * Maternity Leave of 180 days, including gestational support through postpartum
