Software measurement using Function Point Analysis (FPA) Productivity and data analysis Effort, cost, and schedule estimation Management reporting and dashboards Communication with both technical and non-technical audiences Support for project planning and management Responsible for ensuring metric quality and consistency, supporting project planning, analyzing historical performance, and proposing continuous improvement actions.
