Job Summary: Machine Operator IV for the BENALCOOL team, responsible for operating heavy machinery and ensuring infrastructure maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Machine Operator IV** to join the **BENALCOOL** team in **Bento de Abreu/SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** Operate yellow machinery, motor graders, and wheel loaders; Ensure road, fence, and bridge maintenance; Load materials such as gravel, crushed stone, asphalt millings, sugar, and bagasse; Maintain and preserve the machinery; Complete daily machinery reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** Elementary education; Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) — Category C or D; Availability to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts on a 5x1 schedule; Relevant work experience; Commitment to safety. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application — completion of this form and any additional data required. * HR Interview — an introductory conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
