Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe***.*** ***\#JoinAlvoarDairy*** **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensure inventory reliability through daily monitoring and physical counts of finished goods, in-transit stock, and other inventories; * Monitor cold room temperatures and execute preventive maintenance plans; * Supervise shipment dispatch and cargo receipt, as well as all inventory movements; * Guarantee on-time delivery to customers according to order conditions; * Release invoices to drivers (after loading); * Control the outbound and return flow of returnable assets; * Monitor delivery accountability reporting; * Ensure proper vehicle loading through guidance and procedural reviews; * Monitor and control damages, while meeting loss targets during handling; * Manage the operational team; Ensure compliance with hygiene and cleaning programs for vehicles, cold rooms, warehouses, and pest control at headquarters and distribution vehicles. * **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies preferred; * Experience as a Logistics Supervisor (with expertise in distribution centers); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel preferred); * Experience with SAP ERP system is a plus; * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional information** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Group life insurance; * Partnerships with institutions; * UNIMED health plan; * Optional dental plan; * Dairy benefit; * Online store for discounted product purchases; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on goal achievement.
