No acceptance is required; this is merely an informational notice. \#BeUrla and experience the joy of working with HAPPINESS! **Responsibilities and Duties** In this role, you will: * Plan and monitor logistics operations, including delivery routing, transfers, cross-docking, and product movement; * Prepare management reports and operational analyses, tracking performance indicators and proposing action plans for continuous process improvement; * Monitor scheduling for receipt, storage, order picking, and loading of finished products, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to deadlines; * Control and monitor physical and system-based inventory, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance; * Assess operational demand and levels of logistics supplies (pallets, chapatex, TEV, and others), planning replenishment and collection; * Track fleet performance indicators, including fuel consumption, maintenance, tires, and operational productivity; * Analyze availability of operational resources and propose corrective and preventive actions to meet operational demands; * Monitor maintenance of material handling equipment, contributing to the development of preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives; * Participate in projects, meetings, and multidisciplinary initiatives aimed at improving logistics processes and reducing costs; * Support management in budget monitoring and financial indicator analysis for the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you have: * A completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of logistics operations, warehousing, distribution, and transportation management; * Experience analyzing operational indicators and preparing management reports; * Familiarity with logistics management systems and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; * An analytical, organized profile, focused on results and continuous improvement; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. \#BeUrla **Additional Information** **At Uberlândia Refrescos, we welcome and value every individual story.** We believe each journey is unique.
