* Develop dashboards, executive reports, and analytical studies to support leadership decision-making; * Participate in building, maintaining, and evolving databases, ensuring data quality, governance, and reliability; * Translate commercial needs into analytical solutions, KPIs, management views, and action plans; * Identify opportunities to improve performance, operational efficiency, and commercial growth levers through data analysis; * Support goal definition, results tracking, and performance plan development alongside business areas; * Structure routines, processes, and cadences for commercial follow-up, enhancing operational organization and predictability; * Lead and support the technical and organizational development of the team, driving continuous evolution of the area; * Serve as an internal reference for AI and automation initiatives applied to the commercial context, supporting implementation of solutions that increase productivity, efficiency, and insight generation; * Identify opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics tools in daily commercial activities; * Support the dissemination of a data-driven culture and the use of AI tools in commercial and executive routines; * Collaborate closely with commercial leaders, ensuring agility, critical thinking, and strategic support for business needs; * Participate in developing commercial solutions, campaigns, tracking workflows, and initiatives focused on performance; * Consolidate executive presentations and strategic materials for leadership forums and results tracking; * Continuously seek new opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improvement in the use of data, AI, and analytics tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Prior experience in Commercial Planning, Commercial Intelligence, Performance Management, Business Intelligence (BI), or related areas; * Solid knowledge of databases, data manipulation, and extraction; * Proficiency in SQL for queries, data cross-referencing, and analysis; * Experience with Data Visualization tools, especially Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms; * Familiarity with generative AI and automation tools applied in corporate environments, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions; * Ability to identify opportunities for applying AI to boost productivity, automate routine tasks, and support decision-making; * Strong analytical capability and ability to translate data into actionable business insights and guidance; * Experience building executive dashboards, performance indicators, and management presentations; * Organized profile with strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple demands; * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with commercial areas and leadership; * Proactive, hands-on profile with autonomy to lead strategic and operational initiatives; * Ability to structure processes, organize routines, and drive operational efficiency; * Experience tracking goals, productivity, conversion rates, and commercial KPIs; * Experience in dynamic environments with high demand and need for rapid decision-making. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the financial, banking, financial retail, or payroll-deductible loan sectors; * Knowledge of Python, automation, ETL, or data integration; * Experience building agents, automations, or workflows using generative AI; * Experience in data modeling and KPI structuring; * Experience in team management or development;
