Our collaborative culture has been built over generations, and we strive to create an environment where every individual feels safe expressing their authentic self. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support plant management by leading administrative\-operational activities and managing the team through task distribution. 1\- Lead area activities related to product and raw material handling, fleet management, quality analyses, and administrative services, guiding the team and resolving relevant operational issues to prioritize and distribute tasks. 2\- Monitor production processes by controlling involved variables, intervening in and managing critical and atypical situations to ensure compliance with established standards; 3\- Ensure uninterrupted plant operations by requesting technical assistance for equipment; 4\- Address and intervene in critical and atypical customer-related situations, developing viable solutions and contributing to maintaining agreed service levels; 5\- Train the team on operational procedures and standards according to defined policies and plans; 6\- Participate in creating and maintaining contingency solutions with supervisors; 7\- Participate in recruitment and selection processes, conducting interviews and tests; 8\- Safeguard equipment, resources, and materials under responsibility, as well as the work environment; 9\- Perform activities within predefined safety, quality, and environmental standards to support the company in achieving its goals; 10\- Manage and maintain the team’s work schedule and ensure compliance with current labor laws; 11\- Ensure implementation of all team evaluation and development processes (SDV, Climate Survey, Committee, feedback...); 12\- Provide a legal representative when required for labor hearings; 13\- Responsible for cascading standards, procedures, and results to the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education**: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Construction Engineering, Engineering, or related fields. **Required Knowledge:** * Experience in the concrete segment; * People management; * Process management. **Additional Information** At Votorantim Cimentos, caring well means caring completely.
