




Job Summary: Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and serving customers by presenting products and services for maintenance, repair, and operations, with a focus on industrial and construction companies. Experience with Sankhya or similar IT systems **Main Responsibilities:** The candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying *leads* (potential customers) through various sources. Once leads are identified, they must contact them via telephone to introduce **Resseg Distribuidora** and explain how our products and services can assist them in the **maintenance, repair, and operation** of their businesses, primarily serving industrial companies, construction firms, and general service providers. **Responsibilities:** * Identify and qualify new customers; * Prospect potential customers through various sources, making proactive outbound sales calls; * Identify the correct decision-makers within a given company to present our products and services; * Register all customer information into our system for follow-up; * Serve customers using support tools such as telephone, WhatsApp, and e-mail; * Generate quotations and proposals for customers, issue orders, and control delivery to customers. **Desired Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification * More than 2 years of experience in internal sales (telephone-based) * Experience with Sankhya or similar IT systems **Preferred Qualification:** * MRO sector experience Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.100,00 per month Screening Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in sales? * Do you have experience in MRO?
