Job Summary: Manage relationships and operations with influencers and content creators, ensuring proper campaign execution, delivery control, and partnership organization. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization, proactivity, and process management Manage relationships and operations with influencers and content creators, ensuring proper campaign execution, delivery control, and partnership organization. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the liaison between the internal team (marketing) and influencers. * Receive briefings and accurately relay them to influencers. * Monitor and ensure delivery of agreed-upon content. * Track deadlines, volumes, and campaign statuses. * Review content delivered by influencers. * Manage the database of active influencers (currently 15–20). * Support UGC creator campaign management: profile curation, participant approval, delivery tracking, operationalizing campaigns on platforms (e.g., TikTok affiliates), and ensuring organization and control of all creator-related activities. **Requirements:** * Prior experience with influencers or digital marketing. * Experience running creator or affiliate campaigns. * Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or similar. * Basic understanding of influencer marketing. * Strong interpersonal communication skills. * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks. * Proactivity and ownership mindset. * Ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities (influencers). * Operational profile with strong process management capabilities. **Additional Information:** * Work model: On-site * Workplace location: São Paulo Job type: Full-time Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Screening question(s): * Do you have prior experience with influencers or digital marketing? * Are you familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or similar? * Have you run creator or affiliate campaigns? * Are you available to work 100% on-site in the East Zone?
