At Grupo KSL, we are looking for an analytical HR Assistant to act as the right hand of our People Management Supervision team. Your mission will be to transform data into valuable information to enhance the experience of our 200+ employees. **Your Responsibilities (Supporting the Supervision Team):** * Consolidate HR metrics (Turnover, Absenteeism, and Performance KPIs). * Maintain dashboards and control spreadsheets rigorously updated. * Assist in logistics and content creation for Training & Development (T&D) programs. * Execute climate surveys and exit interviews. * Support internal endomarketing initiatives and employee engagement events. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency (you must love formulas and charts!). * Organized profile, focused on execution and processes. * Strong written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
