Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the environment **About the position:** Work in the field of building maintenance, providing support to civil maintenance teams. **Main responsibilities:** * Assist maintenance technicians with daily tasks; * Prepare mortars and materials used in services; * Load and unload materials and tools; * Support general building maintenance activities; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace. **Requirements:** * Experience in construction or maintenance is a plus; * Proactivity, commitment, and responsibility; * Availability for immediate start. **Position details:** * **Position:** Building Maintenance Helper; * **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); * **Salary:** R$ 2\.303,00; * **Work location:** Belém – East Zone of São Paulo. **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance of R$ 33.44 per workday. **Working hours:** * **5x2 schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Immediate start.** Job type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.303,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work location: On-site
