Requirements: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; Proven experience in commercial management or sales supervision; Experience in planning and executing marketing initiatives; Experience in organizing or participating in trade fairs and commercial events (desirable); Experience in the automotive sector, accessories, technical services, or serving truck drivers will be considered a plus; Experience in tracking goals, KPIs, negotiations, and commercial results; Systemic and strategic vision; Organizational and prioritization skills; Strong communication skills and ability to align diverse teams; Proactivity and results orientation; Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills; Professional demeanor in relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers.
