Responsibilities: 1. Customer Assessment and Care: Conduct detailed assessments to identify customers’ aesthetic needs. Ensure excellence in performing dermatofunctional procedures. 2. Commercial Activities: Present and promote available treatments and services, highlighting benefits and differentiators. Identify consultative sales opportunities and offer service packages tailored to the customer’s profile. Support customer retention by monitoring outcomes and delivering a premium experience. 3. Goal and Results Orientation: Achieve individual and unit-level sales targets, ensuring a balance between technical quality and sales performance. Assist in developing strategies to increase adherence to treatments and promotional packages. 4. Education and Relationship Building: Guide customers on care practices during and after treatments, emphasizing the importance of continued care. Build trust-based, credible relationships with customers to ensure a differentiated experience. 5. Equipment Operation and Management: Operate advanced dermatofunctional equipment, such as ultrasound and laser devices. Maintain proper equipment cleaning, maintenance, and functionality. 6. Participation in Training and Commercial Strategies: Attend technical and commercial training sessions to enhance knowledge and improve sales performance. Contribute to the development of promotional strategies in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams. Academic Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. * Postgraduate qualification in Dermatofunctional Physical Therapy (completed or in progress). * Active registration with the Regional Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy (CREFITO). Experience: * Clinical experience in the dermatofunctional field. * Experience in consultative sales or commercial activities. Skills and Competencies: * Excellent communication and persuasion skills. * Ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions. * Technical knowledge of body and facial treatments, as well as operation of advanced equipment. * Ability to work with goals and maintain a results-oriented focus.
