Take a look at what we’re looking for: **Position Objective:** * Be responsible for structuring architectural standards, governance, data modeling, and data strategy — bridging business, engineering, analytics, and artificial intelligence. * This role will play a pivotal part in building the company’s new analytical and AI platform. **Key Challenges:** ------------------------ * Build a modern data and analytics platform. * Define a Lakehouse architecture based on industry best practices. * Implement domain-oriented federated governance. * Structure enterprise-grade Data Products. * Connect APIs, events, microservices, and analytics systems. * Establish standards for data quality, lineage, and observability. * Support corporate AI and analytics initiatives. * Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and governance. * Prevent data silos and uncontrolled decentralization. * Support FinOps vision applied to the data platform. **Key Responsibilities:** --------------------------------- * Define and evolve the enterprise data architecture. * Structure standards for data ingestion, transformation, and consumption. * Define Lakehouse / Medallion architecture guidelines. * Structure API- and event-oriented integration standards. * Define data governance and ownership standards. * Support domain-based Data Product development. * Define conceptual, logical, and analytical modeling standards. * Support metadata, lineage, and data quality management. * Structure data observability and reliability standards. * Support architecture for generative AI and advanced analytics. * Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, engineering, and security teams. **Expected Deliverables:** -------------------------- * Enterprise Data Architecture Framework. * Data Platform Blueprint. * Corporate Lakehouse Architecture. * Federated Governance Strategy. * Domain-based Data Ownership Model. * Data Products Standards. * Modeling and Integration Guidelines. * Data Observability Strategy. * SLA and Data Reliability Definitions. * Metadata and Lineage Strategy. * AI and Analytics Guidelines. * FinOps Strategy for the Data Platform. **Expected Technical Knowledge:** ------------------------------------- * Data Architecture. * Data Governance. * Data Mesh. * DDD applied to data. * Lakehouse Architecture. * Dimensional and analytical modeling. * Metadata and lineage. * Streaming and Event-Driven Architecture. * Modern ETL/ELT. * Advanced SQL. * Data observability and quality. * Cloud (AWS, GCP). * Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery. * APIs and data integration. * AI applied to data and analytics. **What You’ll Find Here:** **Remote First** – We believe remote work is a lifestyle.
