We are looking for an intern to support ADM’s Finance / Management Office team in Ribeirão Preto, contributing to continuous improvement projects, automations, indicator development, and initiatives focused on operational efficiency. On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Develop indicator reports and ensure governance updates for Management Office projects; * Support consolidation of information for performance review meetings; * Create dashboards and management reports for tracking results. * Develop automations and solutions to optimize processes; * Participate in designing AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, proposing improvements that reduce waste and increase operational efficiency; * Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma concepts. * Support low-complexity cross-functional projects; * Interact with stakeholders from different areas, such as Finance, Accounting, Commercial, HR, Operations, and corporate departments; * Support strategic analysis and executive presentations. . What we seek: * Students from the 4th semester onward in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal communication skills; * Proficiency in Excel.
